Applications are invited from UK, EU and International candidates for the three-year full-time PhD programme commencing in September 2009.
The Studentships
The studentships will be for a maximum period of three years, and will cover home rate tuition fee and a maintenance allowance of approximately £13,000 per year. Please note: if an international student is successful, they will be required to pay the difference between the Home and overseas tuition fees.

Please indicate clearly in your PhD application form (or in a covering letter) that you wish to be considered for the Faculty of Humanities Endowment Scholarships. Only candidates who have submitted a complete application for the full-time PhD programme by the closing date will be considered.
