Hope everything goes well.

Let me introduces myself.

This is Kamal Nandagopal from India. I have completed my Master Degree (M.B.A.) in the Year 2005. And I have over 7.6 years of work experiences which includes (BPO) Outsourcing industry, Banking and NGO.

From my childhood it was a dream to come to Germany. Now I find my dream comes closer. I wanted to my higher education i.e. PhD. I have found the below mentioned topic “Conflict Studies and Management program” is the best which I found in the DAAD website. And I found this is the right time to do.

Could you please guide me how do I need to go ahead?

And what is the procedure?
