I am currently and MSC stundent in Supply chain management at the University of Bolton, I just Finished my first semester exams and hoping to be fully qualified in january 2011.
I am intersted in the Funded Phd programme, but don’t know how to go about it.
Can you pls put me through and let me know my eligibility an as well if it is possible to start in February 2011.

I am Guesh Zeru from Ethiopia. I am 32 years old. I had a B.Sc degree in applied geology from Mekelle University (Ethiopia). I am a graduates of Master degree in hydrogeology from Mekelle University (Ethiopia) in 2007 on the Title of Groundwater modeling (both transient and steady groundwater flow /3D &2D modelling/, vertically 20layer model) to evaluate the potential of the basin and to predict and set the optimum abstraction rate from the well field for sustainable management, and I gate CGPA 3.84. Till 11/09/2009 I was working in Tigray water resource, mines and Energy Bureau, department of water resource study, design & supervision. By now I am working In DEBREMARKOS UNIVERSITY (ETHIOPIA) as full time lecturer and I give the course of hydrology, geology. Now I am looking for a PhD degree and I am highly interested to do my PhD on the field of surface water & groundwater interaction through modelling or using isotopes or other chemical trace elements, surface/groundwater MODELING, geohydrological modelling and other related fields. This is not only for water resource management but also to find solutions for the Global issues of environmental problem due Co2 emission (to find best dumping sits and way of treatments). So, please consider me on the position you have or help me please, I am able to work hard, I am flexible, opened minded and eager to learn to do something new challenges. Especially; I have a bright future in contributing solutions to the Global Environmental problems. I think it would be a perfect start of my career. I hop that the above experience, knowledge and skill make me convenient for filling your scholarship PhD position.
